To start a return, please contact Shop Inspirations Market by email. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Inspirations Market immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that they can evaluate the issue and make it right. An item damaged in transit is not the responsibility of the seller or Shop Inspirations Market.
Exchanges will not be accepted on certain types of items. All other exchanges must be approved by Inspirations Market.
Inspirations Market will notify you once they have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the product amount on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
